Good afternoon.   The Spirit committee has finalized the details for the banquet and they are as follows:

when - Tuesday, July 25 from 6-8 pm

how much - $10/adult and $5/child

This fee includes the cost for pulled pork BBQ, chicken, buns, cake, and ice cream.

Please Venmo Amanda Riddle if you are attending the banquet.  All members of your family who will be eating need to be paid for at the same time.

We have about 150 people coming to the banquet and need lots of help with getting the food, setting up the banquet, and clean up.  The sign-up genius link below will also have spaces for each family to sign up for food items for the banquet (water, drinks, sides, etc).   We ask that all families please donate an item to share for the banquet.  Please take note of the requested portion amounts for the items.

Also, parents if you have a first year swimmer who will be receiving their team medal, please check the list to 1) make sure their name is on the list and 2) that their name is spelled correctly.  If we need to make changes to the list below, we need to know ASAP.
