Good morning!  We are in the home stretch of a fantastic summer swim season.  Please see the details regarding our last dual meet, team pictures, and the end of season banquet.  Please reach out if you have any questions.

QH @ Wood Valley

Swimmers need to be at Wood Valley by 5:15 pm.  6 and unders can report to the meet at 5:45 pm. The meet will begin promptly at 6 pm.

Please see the information below from Wood Valley:

We are located at 10316 Boxelder Drive 27613. 

PARKING: We will reserve the right side of our parking lot for you, and there is also parking available along Boxelder Drive. If you have to park on Boxelder Drive, all 4 tires need to be off the road by law. This is to allow emergency vehicles like fire trucks and ambulances the ability to get up and down the road in an emergency.

POOL DECK: As you enter the pool gate, your team will set up on the far side of the pool deck (opposite the starting blocks). 

CONCESSIONS: Hamburgers/cheeseburgers will be for sale for $5. Hot dogs for $3. Pulled pork sandwiches for $6! 

All other snacks and drinks will be available at the snack shack. 

CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS ONLY (no cash and no American Express). 

REMINDERS: Parents/spectators are not permitted behind the starting blocks, unless the parent is a volunteer. 

 --Parents/spectators/volunteers should not take pictures or videos from behind the blocks. 

--Parents/spectators/volunteers should not assist swimmers with getting in or out of the pool during the swim meet. 

Volunteers still needed for Tuesday's meet

We are still in need of the following positions to be filled for Tuesday's meet:

(1) 9-10 boys kid pusher

(1) timer

(1) clerk of course

(1) order of finish

(2) ribbon writers

We cannot start the meet without these positions filled.  If you are able to work one of these positions, please use the link below to sign up.

Team Pictures

The photographer should be sending me the QR code to order team pictures this week.  Pictures are $30 and that includes the file for the team and individual pictures.  It is not required that you purchase any pictures.

End of Season Banquet

Our end of season banquet on Tuesday, July 23 from 6-8 pm at Millbrook Baptist Church.  The Spirit Committee is finalizing the cost per family for the banquet as well as what sides/desserts will be needed.  We should have that information coming to you in the next few days.
