Good afternoon!  Thank you to all of the swimmers and parents for your hard work last night.  It was a fun meet, and all of the kids swam well.  

TSA Meet

If your child is interested in signing up for the TSA meet, please use the link below.  The meet is divided into two sessions with the 10 and unders swim in the morning (warm-ups are at 7:30 am) and 11 and ups swim in the afternoon (warm-ups are not to begin any earlier than 12:30 pm).  

This meet is really a great experience for swimmers of all levels, and we would encourage you to sign your child up.

Spirit Night

Our team spirit night will be this Sunday from 6-8 pm.  We will have individual and team pictures starting at 6 pm.  Please wear your QH team suit.  

Following the photos, the coaches have some fun relays planned including parent relays (parents make sure you bring your suits!).  

The Spirit Committee has organized an ice cream social for the evening.  If you are interested in signing up to bring an item or to donate money to help purchase the ice cream, please use the lnik below:

Quail Hollow at Wood Valley

We have our final dual meet of the season on Tuesday, July 18 at Wood Valley Swim Club.  More information will be sent out later in the week in terms of volunteers, etc.
