Happy Friday QH Swim Team!

Thank you to all of the families who have signed up to either donate food or help pack donation backs for the Haven House of Raleigh!  We will be able to create 10 donation bags for the Haven House which will go to help area youth in need.

If you are wanting to donate, the non-perishable food items still has space for donations.  Also, I have added a request for 5 more boxes of feminine hygiene products as that is a very high need item for their clients.  I understand those can be expensive.  If you would like to contribute just one box, please just note it on the sign-up.

We will be meeting in the clubhouse on Wednesday, November 23 from 10 am - 12 pm to pack the donation bags.  One of our members, Kimberly Michael, has graciously offered to provide donut holes and juice for the swimmers while they work.  Kimberly is a lender with Movement Mortgage and will be sponsoring various events with the swim team throughout the year.  

If there are any parents who will be available on Wednesday morning and would like to assist with the service project please let me know.  It should be a fairly quick event and I anticipate that we will be done before noon.
